ABOUT THE PROJECT
MLB Network
Users who have a cable subscription and can successfully login using MVPD authentication can watch MLB Network live on web, iOS and Android. The overall goal of this project is to bring that functionality to connected devices such as Apple TV, Roku, Amazon Fire Stick, etc.
General Requirements
- Users can navigate to MLB Network in-app and select it for playback.
- Users are prompted via a modal to go to the web and log in with their MVPD auth (if they never have previously) before playback starts
- Users can see what’s currently playing.
- Users can watch MLB Network live on connected devices w/video controls similar to live ad hoc streaming enter and exit playback
My Role
Research
Competitor analysis, create project plan, discuss MVP, design team organization.
UX Design
Collaborate with B. analysis team, Create user flows, information architecture sketches and wireframes.
Design System
Worked with the team to maintain the design system, update the assets with the new behaviors UI elements.
UI Design
Low / High fidelity prototypes, interactive mockups, presentations to stakeholders.
