Problem Statement
Ability to chain Scheduled and Unscheduled Orders across any 2 stores (WMT & DaaS) and access points in same store
In the context of enhancing user experience and operational efficiency, the problem at hand revolves around establishing a seamless process for chaining Scheduled and Unscheduled Orders between two distinct stores, namely WMT and DaaS, as well as enabling this functionality across multiple access points within the same store. The current system lacks the capability to facilitate this cross-store and cross-access point order chaining, leading to disjointed workflows and potential customer dissatisfaction. Addressing this challenge is crucial to ensure a cohesive and efficient user journey for managing orders across these varied scenarios. The solution sought is a user-centric approach that empowers users to effortlessly chain orders between these store locations and access points, streamlining their operations and enhancing the overall usability of the platform.
